Dr. Carin Killips is a UK-trained Counselling Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in mental health and addiction. In her role supporting Programme Development and Quality at The Beekeeper House, she helps shape and maintain evidence-based clinical standards through a foundation of strong clinical governance. With a decade of NHS experience and expertise in CBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy, her work is grounded in humanistic values and a commitment to compassionate, client-centred care.
