Derm combines a background in clinical psychology with expert-level fitness coaching to help clients achieve long-term, pain-free results. With a special focus on mobility, injury prevention, and sustainable change, Derm has helped individuals overcome chronic pain, recover from ACL injuries, and achieve lasting weight loss. His approach blends evidence-based training methods with psychological motivation strategies, and he’s passionate about improving each client’s health span. Derm is ATG Certified (Level 1), holds a BSc in Psychology from Chiang Mai University, and is comfortable coaching in English.
