Sarat Lao is a dedicated chef at The Beekeeper’s House in Chiang Mai, Thailand. A graduate of the prestigious École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule, Sarat brings a wealth of culinary expertise to the team. His career includes experience with renowned 5-star hotels in Cambodia, serving as a private chef, and operating his own successful restaurant in Phnom Penh.
Now embarking on a new chapter away from home, Sarat is thrilled to share his skills and passion for exceptional cuisine with The Beekeeper’s House, contributing to its reputation for excellence.
